We do not currently offer free returns.

If you would like to return your order please email hello@homelybarninteriors.co.uk within 14 days of the items being received. We will provide you with our returns address and you then have a further 14 days to return the items. A full refund will be issued subject to the items being in the same condition and packaging that it was delivered in. Refunds will be provided to the original payment method and will take up to 14 days.

Damaged/Faulty Items

If your items are damaged or faulty, please email hello@homelybarninteriors.co.uk with a photo so we can look into this for you. A full refund or replacement will be offered.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order providing it has not yet been dispatched.
